THINGS TO NOTE

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club
• Full beach club access is $5 per day, per person; free for children under 10.
• The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club closes for two weeks in October (exact dates vary), but we give you access to Langosta Beach Club for a $10 entrance day pass (regularly $20). Enjoy the restaurant, bar, a beachfront pool, and kayak rentals, just 20 minutes from Pinilla.

Construction
There is construction in the community, but noise-resistant doors, windows, and lush landscaping ensure privacy and minimal impact. Rates have been discounted to reflect this.

Costa Rica 2025

This property was gorgeous!! It was like our own little resort. There were 5 couples that have travelled together for over 10 years and we loved this house. You could all gather together in the kitchen, great room, outdoor patio yet still have your privacy in your bedroom suite. Ishmael and Lourdes take care of the property and they were simply wonderful and so kind! Collin was the concierge and he was very helpful and responded very quickly to any question or reservation that we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Serena. The house has a fabulous pool and ocean front location. The married couple who maintain the property for a few hours each morning could not be nicer. We’ll absolutely be back.

Casa Serena is AMAZING!

I can't say enough good things about this property. I wish I could live here. If you are looking for a beautiful house with privacy, an amazing pool, and your private beach, look no further. The house is built in a way that everyone has their own area for peace and quite. The main living area and kitchen are wide open and perfect for eating or relaxing. The pool area has tons of tables and chairs perfect for eating or relaxing. The pool is huge and beautiful. There is an outdoor BBQ area with a small refrigerator. If you want to get a workout in while in vacation, the gym has everything you could possibly need. The air conditioners work better than any other property I have ever rented in Costa Rica. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you could need. The staff is amazing and helpful. Lourdes and Ismael kept the place spotless for us and answered every question we had and addressed all of our needs. Mariam was at our beck and call throughout our stay and made all of our arrangements for us so we could relax and enjoy our vacation. I am always skeptical renting on the internet. I was pleasantly relived to find that everything that was advertised was exactly as stated if not better. I will stay at Casa Serena again as soon as possible. Do not pass on this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful home! All the bedrooms are spacious. The back porch, pool and the views are stunning. It was like our own private beach house. Very secluded area and not too many houses near by. Very clean and very well maintained. The housekeeper, Ishmael and his wife took excellent care of us. They cooked us dinner one night, made us breakfast and cocktails by the pool. Excellent service! The house is a 20-30 drive from Tamarindo. We did not mind the drive. Our favorite restaurant was the DragonFly! I would definitely recommend this house if luxury, privacy and relaxing by the pool is what you are looking for!
