Muy bonito el apartamento, el lugar un poco difuso de llegar pero una vez ahí estamos muy bien! Queda cerca de la playa, pero hay q caminar un tramo por una calle en mal estado. Todas las cosas q tiene el apartamento están bien, buen estado todo. Excelente como tienen rotulados todos los tomas del aire, luces, abanicos, etc. Lo que me parece bastante regular es el anfitrión, nunca se comunicó conmigo, logramos entrar porque una persona que de casualidad iba entrando nos hizo el favor de darnos el teléfono para poder llamarlo. Jamás se comunicó para decir cómo estábamos, nunca lo vimos, le mandé un video mostrándole un daño en una puerta y simplemente me ignoró! De verdad que es una persona que al menos conmigo no tuvo ninguna atención. En este momento estoy esperando que me conteste si encontraron unos anteojos que dejamos olvidados y simplemente me ignora

We rented this property for the location, in suite amenities, gated community, and distance for walking to the beach and town without being right in the busy center. The pictures accurately represent the suite, well appointed, clean and well taken care of. Bed was very comfortable, grill and patio was a huge bonus. The only issues was had was that the management company was very delayed in responding, we only had SIM cards so could not call their 1-800 number, the TV was not connecting to apps and company was no help but we really didn’t need to watch TV. Complex well maintained and there is a property manager on site daily. AC was super to have.

Your review is great! It’s clear, positive, and informative. However, if you want to make it slightly more polished and professional, you could adjust it like this: We loved our stay! The condo is fantastic, equipped with everything you could need, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Just a heads-up: the condo is located on top of a hill, so if you don’t have a car, walking to and from the beach or town can be a bit of a workout. Overall, highly recommended!

It's all about the location...and the view!

The unit itself was clean, comfortable and sufficient. It is close to town, the beach, restaurants, bars and the activities of Tamarindo. But aside from the good location is the view...and amazing sunsets! Can say enough about those! Well worth the stay...

Perfect Location

Great location! Easy walk to beach and town. Amazing views! My family of 5 loved every second of our stay. Kids loved the pool. Condo was clean and has everything one would need for their stay. We will definitely be returning.

Tamarindo condo with ocean views

This was a great place, up the hill a bit on the north end, but not a hard walk at all. Perfect spot to go down town, or head out for day trips. Quiet and away from the congestion of the main drag.
