The Farmette on top of the hill, with great views, and friendly animals(Alpacas, sheep and cattle) in the paddocks. Feeding and Patting the animals are available but must be with the owner.

This distinctive 4 bedrooms Farmette is ideal for families seeking to relish a serene farmland environment. 15 mins driving to Hamilton city center, 10 mins to the airport, 12 mins to Cambridge.

WE stayed at this property so that the team could attend the Mystery Creek Fieldays. Great Location and large enough to fit most of our team. Beautiful house to home, home to each night after a long day.

This was a perfect position to stay to be part of the NZ House and garden Tour. Plenty of space, comfortable and interesting with the animals. Host excellent.From our group of 5 adults

We stayed here for two nights to be central to a couple day trips and wish we could stay longer. The property was well taken care of and comfortable. Very spacious. Slept really well. The hosts were considerate, with fresh cut flowers and sweets for the kids. There's some Alpaca, sheep, chickens, and cows on site which is exciting for the kids. Will definitely try to stay here next time I'm near Hamilton.

Relaxing family stay with primary age kids and grandparents. Great spot with lovely spaces to unwind after day trips. The place is very well equipped with quality appliances, and was spotless. Loved the views from the great big dining table and the bath, as well as feeding the alpacas.
