「Cottage room was very comfortable with all amenities. The room & bathroom were very clean. Air conditioner was not noisy & sleep quality is good. The bed linen is clean. Tea-coffee corner is well stocked. Great ambiance and lawns. Lots of natural trees and beautiful flowers 」

「I have not been to many properties in Matheran, but I would say this is an ideal property for a fun vacation it is located over from the hustle and bustle of the city and you feel like you’re in the quiet hills cottage. The property is old, but very well preserved and staff is very courteous and very helpful. 「Food was decent for the Place. Rooms were very basic (mine was a sup Delux) and cleanliness was not great. Shower curtains were stained and never cleaned. Room interior was run down. Hotel location and front desk service were good. 」

「The name of the hotel is really convenient to where it is. It is really on a Pub Street! There are many bars across the road and a very good atmosphere till very late at night! We enjoyed our stay there. The staffs were very kind!」

「I liked the property itself and the amenities and setup but the extra payments for power seemed a bit random. I paid a bit of money for power but they provided no details, and the manager/caretaker were not that helpful in this regard. The area around the facility was a bit rough and not really residential friendly! Overall, it was convenient and amenities were good but I would reconsider given the negatives I mentioned for a future stay.」

「Pool was well maintained & activities for crowd were good. The rooms are spacious but the bathroom ceiling leaked, bath tube didn't work, AC functionality was pathetic at times. Food was ok however, more variety can be added to the same.」

「ホテルの施設、従業員のサービスに問題ない。特に朝食は高級ホテル並に充実している。問題点はムンバイ中心から遠いことである(車で混んでいなくて１時間)。ナビムンバイは旧名だとNew Bombayというそうだ。東京で言えば千葉か埼玉といったところ。ムンバイ中心から遠いことを覚悟していれば問題ない。当然周りに何も無い。」
