I think the receptionist was very helpful and fast, but the room was in such a half-assed state that I doubt it was ever properly cleaned. And two bath towels, one already wet and one with dried blood on it. It could have been chocolate or foundation, but it was probably blood because I could see sanitary napkins through the trash bag. The staff who responded to me blurted out that they had never experienced anything like this before, and I've never experienced anything like this before either. As for the facilities, it looks like it hasn't been that long since it was renovated, and the facilities themselves look new. Transportation is not convenient, but if you use the Bolt, it is not a problem. There is a palace and gardens nearby, which may be good for those who want to spend a quiet time.
