Very nice room, but the property amenities are the star! The pool and sauna area (with at least five different saunas!) ROCK! Other than the fact that it was a crowded weekend, we had a great experience. Easy walk into the medieval center. Highly recommend!!
The hotel and the spa are wonderful . The staff is friendly and helpful. It would be a nice initiative if they could offer a little discount to the clients who book there very often.
Room was good. Two cheap towels for two people with no service on a two night stay though I’m sure if we had seen a maid in the hall they would have exchanged towels for us. And they “advertise” that you can get whatever kind of pillow you want, memory foam, down, thin, silk, etc. But it’s five euros. So we asked for four standard pillows. (We had two rooms and 3 people) and they were like “we can give you 3.”
On another note, Do y’all not know what a “hot tub” is in Estonia? Perhaps not, I don’t know. The “hot tub” was the same temperature as the rest of the pool, the only difference is it bubbles. Location was good just outside of old town and walking distance to the ferry terminal which we arrived at from Helsinki.
The location is great. The spa is good but always full of people during weekend..but anyways enjoyable.
The breakfast is great with also options for vegans and gluten intolerants.
The staff is nice and helpful.
There's the option to leave the baggage if arriving earlier.
I definitely recommend this hotel
Lovely hotel, the spa was fantastic, great choice at breakfast and well located for the ferry terminal with a short walk into the old town.
Only downsides for us were room was not cleaned at all in 3 days and we had to ask for towels to be changed as room towels had to be used in the spa, also no tea making facilities in the room.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We stayed in their sister hotel next door 10+ years ago. When this place csme up in our search we jumped on it. First the bad. Public área carpet and seats had stains on them. Our third floor room facing the street above the entrance had a lot of road noice and from people entering. The spa and pools needs upkeep and refreshing. On our last day a large group of tourist were loud and drunk and our room ac developed a ticking noice. However I would recomend this place. I got an excellent deal with the spa included, went to it everyday for a few hours. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. The typical American fare and Estonian touches. I told my wife I cant stay in American hotels because I am leaning to more vegetarian options. They also had ice cream for the kids like me. The room and property were very clean. The exception noted previously. I.am glad we got to experienced it and would go back again.
The desk staff was very friendly and helpful, but the staff at the breakfast room was not that much.
The room was perfect and very clean, the hotel is situated near a free car park because it was Sunday, and on Monday the couple of hours I needed were only 1,50 euros.
the swimming pool and the saunas were very nice too.
+Very friendly and helpful staff
+Great breakfast
+Pools and saunas, I especially recommend the salt sauna.
-The carpet floor didn't match the rest of the room.
I had a nice stay with my young daughter. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the various saunas.
The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, although we did encounter one rude staff member. However, this one incident did not ruin our stay.
One notable challenge was the behavior of some other clients, particularly those who seemed to be experiencing their first outing in a while. This affected the atmosphere a little but didn't overshadow our minivacation.
