Ihana hotelli ihan vanhan kaupungin keskustassa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, rauhallinen ja siisti isohko huone. Mukavaa oli illalla palata hotelliin, kun sänky oli " avattu", vesipullo tuotu yöpöydälle sekä tossut. Suosittelemme!

Härligt hotell i gamla stan

Hotellet ligger i ett mysigt område. Det är nära till bussar och spårvagnar om man vill ta sig runt via kommunaltrafik. Tjejen i receptionen var väldigt hjälpsam, förklarade hur biljettsystemet fungerar och skrev ner på en lapp som vi kunde ta med till kiosken om de inte förstod engelska. Ingen överdådig frukost men fanns tillräckligt, gick att beställa både, cappuccino, omelett och pannkakor om så önskades utan extra kostnad. Vi provade baren som hade några viner på glas och kunde blanda en cocktail efter önskad smak. Hotellet har ett biljardbord som får nyttjas fram till 21.00.

Unacceptable tiny space bathroom configuration

The room was small and the bathroom space was tiny such that you can't sit on the bowl without hitting the sink. This is not acceptable in room 203. I have never experienced such poor bathroom arrangement. They must fix this ASAP. Hotel staff was nice. Location was excellent. Pictures were not good taste.

Het hotelpersoneel is uitermate vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Het hotel is zeer proper en het ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid. een tegenvaller : we hadden een zeer kleine kamer. Het bed was slechts 1.40 m breed, ondanks dat we een queen bedsize besteld hadden. Daarenboven stond het bed in een hoek.

Perfect- started brilliantly with a welcome prosecco in the beautiful lobby, we had a lovely, tasteful and comfortable room, amazing breakfasts (and lovely staff who always remembered what we wanted to drink), really helpful and friendly staff and the private sauna was a great addition. This property is in the perfect location! Very close to excellent restaurants and bars. The room was a good size. We stayed on the first floor close to reception but there was no noise at all, we slept very well. The hairdryer in our room broke but reception quickly provided me with another. I would definitely stay here again!
