The hotel and the stay was amazing staff members were polite and very helpful

This hotel is pretty well located and maintained, however, the check-in staff mentioned that breakfast was included when I checked-in. The next morning we go to breakfast and told about the offerings, then a second staff member comes after we start grabbing food demanding for vouchers. Since we were also asked to pay nearly $70 at check-in after prepaying the room, we weren't clear what she's talking about, no manager was available, and we just left breakfast. This also happened to another guest who was at breakfast at the same time. After asking what the $70 charge was about, the front desk said it's for Wi-Fi and other "amenities" offered by the hotel. Given that we got no housekeeping the next day or other "amenties" this charge seems rather criminal.

Great stay at this hotel. We needed a place close to Union Station and it is truly a 2 minute walk. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Had some plumbing issues but they sent someone to fix it right away.

I needed a rollaway bed for my daughter in a corner room. The staff was very accommodating and provided me one. It made the difference for our comfort for this Fourth of July weekend family vacation.
