"Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings. This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip. ALMERA

ALMERA

8/10 Good
"Parking cost an additional $25 per day; it is a secure underground facility. The driving lanes are very narrow, making it difficult to maneuver even in a small car. In addition, we had to pay an extra $70 tax for the room. The view from the window was stunning, the surroundings were quite quiet, and the room itself was very comfortable. Room service was excellent. Breakfast at the local coffee shop was also great."
