"ドッグランもあり綺麗な宿泊施設でした。オーナーさんへ伝えたい事も何点かあります。壁には色々とルールが貼ってあるのですが、台所の食器等は使用した場合には洗って下さいと記載がありました。洗った食器を置く台や布巾は無かったので、食器を洗ってから濡れたままコンロの上へ全て置きました。あとキッチンではサランラップは常備品としてあっても良いのではないでしょうか？また犬同伴可能な施設であるのにフローリングがツルツルで犬が何度も転けそうになっていました。ルールが厳しいのは良いですが、その分内容を充実させた方が良いと思います。"

"とても分かりにくい場所にあります。周辺にあまり飲食店も少なく、交通の便もあまり良くないです。良いところは、周辺が静かなのでのんびり過ごしたい人にはお薦めです。宿の中は古民家を改築したような作りなので、コンセントの位置や家具の配置等も快適さに拘るならあまりお薦めできません。また、虫が多く苦手な方はお薦めできません。立て付けに隙間が多く、蚊、蛾、その他様々な虫達と出会いました。そういうのも古民家らしい風情があって宜しいと思う方が良いと思います。フロントの方はとても親切で分からないことは逐一教えて下さいます。"

THE HOTEL HIGASHIYAMA KYOTO TOKYU, A Pan Pacific Hotel

"Gorgeous hotel in the heart of the Higashiyama area. The room was spotless and so quiet and we all slept peacefully. A lovely bathroom too. The staff were faultless and so helpful. Would thoroughly recommend and certainly stay there again."

"Great hotel, centrally located on the Tozai subway line and next to Kyoto City Hall. Good breakfast buffet on the top floor overlooking the Kamo river and Higashiyama hills. We stayed on the 10th floor with a similar great view towards the Higashiyama hills. Although it's an older property, everything was in good shape and fully functional. Great air conditioning. We were there for some intense site seeing and appreciated staying here. We ate at the Café Lec Court in the lobby a few times when we were too tired to venture out for dinner. Food was good and the desserts were fun. Looking forward to our next stay there. For serious site seeing, I highly recommend this property. Travelers looking for a traditional ryokan or resort experience should look elsewhere."

"The Koko Hotel residence is located in a relatively convenient place and offer generous sized rooms. We opted for a room with bunks for our family of three and it worked perfectly. The staff were great with plenty of things available to borrow for free, such as irons and hairs dryers, alongside a table full of free items that you may have forgotten. Located a 10-15 minute walk from the riverside area for restaurants and shops, I’d recommend it."
