Poor Hotel

They did not provide any person at the check in counter, we only use a machine to get the contact with the hotel. This procedure takes more than 20 mins. After we got the room no. and the code enter the room, inside is terrible. Everything is too old fashioned and not clean. We do not recomand anybodies to book this hotel

Our stay was great. Checkin was easy just use the machine add your details and get code of the room. Room was good, we had view of Shinkansen and trains.
