This hotel was decent. The location was fantastic. Close to a lot of fun streets, the Nishiki market, shopping, the river yet it was tucked away and quiet. It felt very safe.
The laundry room is shared and busy but great to have. The kitchenette was very tiny and not well stocked. Ok for snacks but not to make meals. The beds were ok and pillows very thick and hard, not exactly comfy. The room was on the small side and dated compared to other similar hotels we stayed in. It felt a bit pricey for what it was (quite basic).

The spa and sauna was the highlight of the hotel. The 7 Eleven within the hotel was super convenient. The buffet breakfast was a little disappointing. There was many options ans the food was quite average considering how much you pay.
