Downtown Taitung hotel with Seaview Terrace on 7F. My room 302 was quiet facing the side, there’s an elevator for easy access. Good value for the money.

Nice spot, close to the beach which was great. The walls are like paper, you can everything including the lounge which was BUMPIN until late into the night. Also the bathroom door in our room was kind of broken, and the staff were not available until 12pm, which wasn’t super helpful. Otherwise property was totally fine, everything worked great.

適合結伴旅行趴趴走的住宿點。

地理位置非常優越！海濱公園、湧泉公園、四維夜市、觀光夜市等景點非常的近！早餐寶桑路、晚餐消夜正氣路、中正路等等的用餐點很多，可以散步過去就到達的～ 不在交通要道，所以夜晚是寧靜的，但卻又離各要道很近！往南往北都能很快地到台9、台11。 房子雖然舊了點，卻不過度裝修，留下偏高的天花板、舒適的床、各房專屬的冷暖空調。讓睡眠能有一定的品質！ 房間內的設備不多，但頂樓的交誼廳設有公用冰箱、冰溫熱飲水機、簡易的食物加熱設備；一樓停車區有滾筒洗衣機與烘乾機，讓房間專注在睡眠，與醒著的生活區有著明顯的區隔！ 整體而言，是非常適合結伴或小團體旅遊的居所。

以後不會再住

先說優點，離海濱公園很近，而且算是便宜，平均一晚$1000出頭。櫃檯服務算是非常客氣。 但是很可怕的是百葉窗完全不遮光，大概清晨五點多就被陽光亮醒，然後房裡面沒有桌子，沒法工作。另外，由於我是連續入住，第一晚的冷氣就漏水嚴重，以致於必須另外換房，然後修好又要再搬回來，徒增行李搬運及重新整理的時間。 再來也沒有單車，雖然以這麼便宜的價格，也不能奢求太多⋯

位置便利。房間床墊偏硬是我喜歡的。房間大體乾淨，但是角落、假盆栽上面都是灰塵，細節處不夠到位，房內桌子偏小，不夠放東西。再來是浴室，空間偏小，沒有乾濕分離，沒對外窗也沒排風扇，蓮蓬頭與馬桶靠太近整個都濕答答的。淋浴水龍頭只能調節水量，無法調整溫度，冬天來用可能溫度適中，但是夏天太熱了，會燙皮膚。

很讚的民宿 差點100分

2023/08/18(五)入住福美民宿 *位置 離台東市區熱鬧地區都不遠 用步行都還在可接受範圍 如果有腳踏車或機車就超快都能抵達 *四人房型 房間空間算大 但是只有一張小桌子跟兩張高腳椅 沒辦法四人圍在桌子一起吃消夜之類 另外高腳椅也比較無法relax 放內設施如果這部分再改善就更棒了^^ 公共設施的部分1樓有門禁挺安全的 頂露也有交誼廳 白天可以看到海 非常漂亮 超級加分 晚上則適合三五好友在這邊chill聊天 下次入住的話 會想早點回民宿佔沙發位置好好耍廢XD *服務 民宿接待的人非常友善 用line聯絡也都回覆的很迅速 也會提醒即將入住等等 整個民宿也都打掃得很清潔衛生!! *抱怨 入住當天下午快四點收到民宿LINE 提醒今天入住 詢問大約入住時間 並告知 「今天房間浴室天花板有粉刷油漆 味道較重請見諒」 想說應該是浴室還好就沒太多在意 但實際入住一開房門 也可能因為浴室沒對外窗 整間房都是油漆味 的確是蠻不舒服的 需要過段時間鼻子疲勞才會忘記味道= = 這次入住如果沒有這部分會非常完美 如果民宿需要刷油漆 建議可能可以趁當天沒人入住的天數再做

七樓空間舒適，也有貼心的飲水機還有茶包可以使用，風景真的能讓人感到心曠神怡。 房間中規中矩，洗澡水壓大，床有彈性偏硬，睡得很舒適。

服務人員態度令人不舒服 退房時繳交房卡 人員冷冷回覆：放著就好 (連對眼都沒有) 基本禮貌謝謝都不說一聲。樓下房客推拉桌椅喝酒吵鬧到半夜兩點半 住宿品質令人失望。還有，勸各位真的不要為了一點小禮物衝評價 這樣失去了評價的意義。
