Clean, comfortable, nice view, great staff. A very cute and cozy hotel nestled conveniently in the heart of Ximending. Walking distance to everything you could possibly want to eat in the town, and located right on top of a little breakfast place I would stop at every day. Only downside to this place is that on certain days, the dance hall above them plays loud music that can be heard through the walls, but the staff assured you that the music ends at 10pm (which it promptly does) Overall, a very great stay. Clean facilities, generous amenities.

Location is convenient but it is not so quiet though. Lower floor there is renovation, day and night time your can hear KTV musics. Noise level is still acceptable. Cleanliness of room is acceptable. Downsides are the pillow is too soft & low. Not comfortable for the neck. Size of the bed for those big size maybe too small. And our room is at Level 7 which dont have a lift. You have to walk & carry your luggages down up those stairs. The reception is facing directly the lift. Other tenants in the building also share the same lift. As there is only 1 staff mending the reception each time, which i think there is lack of safety if the reception staff walk away for awhile. Downstairs there are eaties so is very convenient. If you are looking for budget hotel and convenience area. I would recommend this hotel.

It is reasonable for the price that we paid. Room was spacious and condition was reasonable. Location was the biggest plus point as it was near the MTR and right at the entrance of ximending. Noise quite loud from the dance studio above from 11am-10pm. But most of that period we were out so no concern. The biggest concern and downside was the Wi-Fi. It was almost non existent. The most u can do is just to message. Even that, it was on and off. If Wi-Fi is important to u, I suggest u choose another hotel.

All is good. Staff is friendly. However, 3 improvements seriously need to consider: Firstly- improve your WIFI please !!! The WIFI isss ssuppperrrr bad... :( We got so frustrated trying to connect to your WIFI. Chose the strongest signal and still failss to connect. Or keep losing connection & TV program at night keep pause due to lose signal. Please install individual room's wifi instead of relying on common WIFI router. 2nd improvement is maybe can consider placing water dispenser along corridor.. other hotels we stayed before does so. We aint really comfortbale with using room kettle so a water dispenser along corridor for us to take water immediately is the best !!! Thirdly, maybe can install brackets/ holders in your showers so we can place our own shower items. Usually guests will bring own shower stuffs, so good to have place to put when showering. Other than that, hope these improvements are made when we go back for our next trip !!
