I was here just before COVID, it's a fantastic hotel, that's why i came back again , excellent services; front counter, room keeper, and breakfast was so delicious , with many selections, one young guy was so helpful , his name is Kyo, very attentive and so patient . Pros: Good location, good beds, pillows and linens, nice towels, good housekeeping. Can improve: Noise insulation (can hear other guests, and hear and feel doors of other rooms closing on floor and floor above), slow elevators (there really should be 3 elevators, not 2), key card integration when there are separate reservations for one continuous stay.

When you entered the hotel, the lobby and all amenities are old and out dated as if you just entered a 1980s hotel. The breakfast area is also out dated like one of those 1960s diner along the hwy. However, once you get to your floor, it dramatically changed the situation. The hallways are classy, clean. They might have Reno the hotel rooms.

We found it closer to a 3 star, room was not furnished with any amenities, they were available at the desk. Food was average in quality and choices. Elevators were slow to respond and often filled with housekeeping carts. The "Green" concept feels more like them saving money.

They gave me the both rooms have no windows at all. They charge us NT.600.00 for earlier check in. But it was 1:30pm. They still consider is early checked in. Ridiculous! Everyday cleaning hour was so late.

One of my worst hotel stay in Asia

Of all the hotels i stay at in Asia, this hotel made it to the worst list. This hotel does not provide any luggage assistance, elevator super slow, breakfast is mediocre at best and the service personnel at the breakfast acted like the food is gourmet constantly looking out to see if people are stealing food. One lady ran after and shouted at my son and stopped him from taking a bao and porridge to his wife whom wasn’t feeling well. Towels in the room is very old and worn out. Did not provide a face cloth. No essentials provided except a bottle of hand soap and shampoo. How they’re able to call themself a 4 star hotel is beyond me. The only nice thing about the hotel is the reception staff. Helpful or at least they try to help to answer questions.

Green World Nanking is in a convenient location, although no major tourist attraction in the immediate vicinity. Bus-stop is literally right in front of hotel, while MRT is a 5-minute walk. Spacious clean room and good selection of breakfast buffet. I enjoyed it every time I stayed here.
