Overall nice stay. The location was very good. However, it can be noisy sometimes at the room corridor or nearby rooms. The staff was nice and friendly. Room amenities just nice and clean.

Looks are decieving. Got to be honest. From the outside it looks kind of scary. The elevator up, you dont know what to expect. But once you arrive in the lobby...a whole different setting. The staff were so welcoming. The lobby was just like in the pictures. The rooms were very clean. Central location from the night market and right next to the police station. Very safe and very convenient. We'd definitely recommend this hotel for those travelling on a budget and just need a comfy bed to sleep after an adventurous day of site seeing.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very modern, clean, convenient location and super friendly staff. One downside is the rooms with the windows are quite bright in the morning as the blinds are not thick enough to block the sun light in the morning. Apart from that, we are very satisfied with our stay.

Location and service were good. Provision of Netflix is definitely a plus. However, wifi didn't work from the first day. There was also a dead cockroach found at the corner of my room on my last day...not sure how it had been there....

The staff was just the best, the room small but very clean and functional but need more rack or something to store your clothes but usually guests stay in Taipei only one or two day so they do not need more storage place I guess. The wall are paper thin so you could ear almost everything around, I will go again as the staff location and condition of the room was fantastic.

The hotel was under construction when we stayed there. The front entrance was hard to find. The hotel was nice and clean. The room we stayed in didn't have any windows which we were aware of when we booked it. The next time we will book a room with a window. The front desk personnel was very helpful.

the front desk left an impression on me. Queenie was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. The room was basic but that was what we signed up for. the hot water was super, and the bed was very comfortable. the location was unbeatable and close to amenities, shopping and food. will definitely recommend it to friends.

Hotel is located at duty building. Elevator is horrible dirty. They gave us smelling with old carpet room, so we have to pay extra to get best room in the facility according to owner. I think for the price you paid, there are lots of options. Be mindful that some of hotel in Taiwan that they only own couple of floors of the building, so even they rooms are ok , but the building they are in could be horro

We had a fantastic stay, the location is great, easy to get to anywhere, just 5 minutes away tax ride to Taipei central station, Thomas was extremely helpful even assisted us to print out our visa to Vietnam which is our next trip , highly recommended
