The hotel is surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The location is great for shopping, eating out, and it is close to MRT station. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

Excellent stay but a little glitches
The overall staying experience was excellent. Friendly and helpful front-desk and staffs. A few minor things that caused confusion and unpleasant experience: 1. The house-keeping sometimes forgot to re-fill the water bottles and shower gels/shampoo. One bathrobe was supplied instead of two on the last day. 2. Laundry: 2 washing machines were working instead of all 3 during my 5-night stay. And the time indicator gave incorrect duration and caused the delay of emptying the washing machine for the next guest. The other guest had removed my clothes and put into the dryer without my knowledge. After collected and folded the clothes only found out one "Calvin Klein" T-shirt and a beach short were missing. There was nothing I could do for the loss.

Everything is good. Can be better
This was the 2nd time we stayed here. We booked 2 rooms this time round due to kids and elderly. Location wise no doubt that it is at a prime location in the heart of XMD. highly recommended. FOC usage of their washing machine and dryer. Only down side was that if you need anything (water, tooth brush...), you need to go down to their 5th floor reception to collect. Cleanliness of the room wise I will say subjective. We stayed for 3 nights. The cleaning was good after the first night. But after 2nd night, there were no emptying of the rubbish in the trash bin or tables despite putting the cleaning sign, no replacement of the showering amenities too. But I believe this should be a 1 off thingy

The hotel is located at the heart of Ximen shopping district. It is very convenient to go anywhere and get anything. Moreover the room is quiet even it is happening at the surroundings. Staff is very polite and helpful. Will stay here again when I visit Taipei in future.

The room had a small window, resulting in less sunlight. Amenities are decent (love the bedroom slippers). Water pressure and hot water availability were excellent. Despite the room having a large bed (bigger than a king-sized bed), additional guests had to pay an extra 660NT, which seemed unreasonable.

I would like to commend AM front desk EDDIE and BETH for their attention to service. Not only did they call a taxi for me but also escorted me outside to make sure the driver took me to the destination. Such wonderful attention! Loved that lobby had a scale so we could weigh our luggage. Rooms were super clean. Location was great!

The hotel is right in Ximending district where there are a lot of actions and easy to get to from the airport..the staffs are VERY friendly and helpful..they will try to help you with whatever that you need.. the room is quiet considering where the hotel is located..the room is spacious and gets clean everyday. I enjoyed my short stay there and will return when I go back to Taipei.. Big bonus is free laundry!!!

It's in the heart of Ximending so shopping and good food are very close at hand. Front desk was accomodating, friendly and check-in was super easy. They also helped me call for an airport transfer. Room was clean and spacious, I'm just not used to the sink being outside the toilet.

Great location for a staycation
Always one of my favorite places to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, location is great and can't beat the prices these days. Two thumbs up for a staycation. Insider tip, get a larger room so it's more comfortable to move around, and also get the buffet breakfast - lots on offer. Great value.

Discovered that there's more to Ximending when we stayed there. Didn't know that there were more shops at the far end. The room was good, got the big hollywood twin room. There was a curtain you can pull over to divide thw bedroom and the wet area (toilet, bathroom and sink). Their slippers were complimentary! The hotel is very convenient, there is Eslite shopping centre beside it.
