After reaching out several times with no response I ended up booking the room for an additional night to ensure it would be available. Then they responded to me. Many things didn’t work. "When we visit Taichung, the Windsor is our preferred hotel. The rooms are spacious and staff friendly. Breakfast is bountiful and exercise room well equipment. All we could ask for in a top hotel!"
"Room was spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a great stay here with Fengjia Night Market just a stone's throw away. Only inconvenience we had was trying to get local breakfast food as the area is mainly focused on the night market, so there are hardly any shops open in the morning. But there are a lot of 711 or Family Mart convenience stores around. Other than that, everything was good. Great place to stay if you want to be near the night market."
