Room was very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the shower head holder which we raised to the front desk and they had it fixed by the time we came back in the evening! Location was great, lots of dining and bakery options around! I would come back!

great design of the lobby, great location - walkable from the main bus stop/station even with big luggage. Spacious room - huge bed, complimentary snacks in room on arrival. Plenty of food options around. two laundrettes on opposite side of street. had a relaxing stay here.

The room is dark & small. I don't have enough space to layout my luggage. The corridor is a bit smelly, too. However, the staff are extremely helpful & friendly. When I complained about the brightness of the room, they quickly offered 2 extra lamps & change one of the light bulbs for me which helped improve the brightness of room. Also, when I asked if there was any local tour on the next day for our party of 8 people, they were able to arrange a private car to take us around.

A gem of a place

This was a great and relaxing place to stay. I was happy with the location and ambiance. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Would put this in my top 3 places to stay next time I return to Taichung.

Very happy stay. Good location, creative style, comfortable room. The front desk staff are very warm and friendly. I found out that I left a shirt on the bed after arrive Taipei, I called the hotel, the staff arranged to deliver the clothes to our next hotel. The package arrived next day morning and the delivery fee is reasonable. 谢谢！

The building is just across the road from 1035xHausinc cafe, a beautiful cafe selling delicious breakfast and coffee. The bathroom lacks enough hooks / railings to hang towels and clothes.
