This home is located within eight miles of Alpine Meadows Ski Resort and Squaw Valley, both of which host a variety of winter and summer activities including skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. There are paved walking and cycling paths that lead to Tahoe City where you will find numerous restaurants, galleries, and shops. It's also a short drive to the Village at Squaw Valley for ice skating, boutique shopping, and additional dining options. Of course you'll also be conveniently close to the shores of Lake Tahoe, the largest alpine lake in North America, for endless activities in and on the water.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
