"It was a wonderful stay. The place is perfectly maintained; it’s a lovely, typical (as I understand) hanok. The person who checks you in, I’m guessing the owner, is wonderful. I had a great sleep. The homemade tea and breakfast were incredible. Location-wise, it’s right there — the village is not big, and this stay is right on the main street. I loved every minute of my stay here. Instead of Western-style elevated beds, guests sleep on traditional layered floor pads over a warm heated floor—comfortable, cozy, and an authentic touch of Korean culture. The morning Korean-style breakfast should include fresh fruit, rice cakes, and boiled eggs. It was simple but delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, a unique and unforgettable stay that I would gladly recommend to anyone looking to experience traditional Korean living."
