🔹 We are pet-friendly; however, we do have a pet fee of $20 per pet per night if you want to bring your furry friend to our place. The payment request for this fee will be sent **after** the booking confirmation.
For middle/long-term bookings, the daily pet fee will not be applied. We are happy to offer a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $399, which will be requested after booking confirmation. If you have more than one pet, an additional $100 will be charged per pet after the first.
After checkout, our cleaner will inspect the space for any damage, droppings, or other pet-related incidents. In the event of an accident or damage to our property, an additional fee will be charged. Please report any accidents prior to checking out.
Please note that pets must not create a nuisance for other tenants in the building. If your dog tends to bark excessively, unfortunately, our place may not be suitable for them. We have a designated green area in the back of the space for your pet's private bathroom needs. Please collect and dispose of all droppings. Please keep pets off the furniture to avoid any extra charges.
🔹3 bedrooms/1 bath, with a private enclosed patio and private fully fenced in backyard in a single level duplex building. It is completely independent of the adjacent duplex unit, affording you both privacy and a quiet space.
Amenities to list a few: fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, private covered patio, private fully fenced in backyard, all bedrooms with closet, four beds, living room with SUPER comfy couch (can sleep two), 65” smart television, 40” smart television in the king sized bedroom, free parking, free wifi, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, free washer and dryer in unit, heating, storage, and more.
