Very nice, large room, nicely decorated, new, with a huge shower. The only complaint is that it is not easy to park, and the water for the shower was not warm.

Parking in the lot above the Auto Museum and exiting above the venue (crossing over I-5 immediately) was much easier and quicker than other lots.

Uber near the stadium as traffic is terrible and when you leave get your uber several blocks away because as i said traffic is terrible
