"Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber der Beginn leider sehr unangenehm. Die erste Unterkunft war in einem schlechten und unhygienischen Zustand – der Boden klebte, es roch stark (die Ursache wurde durch das Personal gefunden: Rattenkot in der Abstellkammer), im Bad gab es Schimmel und Möbel waren beschädigt. "Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in unserem Hausboot. Einfach ein atemberaubender Ausblick vom Hausboot auf das Wasser. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief einwandfrei. Wir konnten teilweise sogar auf Deutsch uns unterhalten. Der Check-In war auch kein Problem.
