"Our triple room had four beds, two were never made. Lots of dust & webs in room. Two pillows did not have pillow covers & quilts were not clean had hairs from previous guests. We did not feel like using the quilts and had to sleep wearing jackets & socks. There was a bug on the bed."

"Wanted somewhere inexpensive to stay in the old town. This was the cheapest place on Hotels.com and had good reviews. I would recommend staying here to anyone who isn’t worried about their room being perfect. Instead they are happy with somewhere simple and good value for money. I would happily stay here again. Great location in the old town a short/shortish walk from everything you want to see."

"This hotel looks nothing from the outside but the rooms are round a central courtyard, either in the main building or across the road in the annex. I think the annex is nicer with lots of places to sit outside in a tranquil oasis. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly even though they did not speak English. "Great location! Easy to explore Gaziantep on foot. Manager was extremely nice and helpful, made great suggestions, and helped us navigate parking (streets in old town are narrow). Gaziantep is doing a great job rebuilding after major earthquake damage. All the people are very friendly and welcoming to tourists. Highly recommend."
