"The owner is one of the most professional people I have ever met. Right after I made the reservation with Expedia, he reached out to me. He helped with everything. Honestly, he was involved in every detail up from when we landed to when we left. He arranged our taxis and all of our visits for very cheap. However, much to our dismay, there were no utensils in the kitchen and the reception told us that the kitchen stove was not functioning due to no pipes available. That was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the stay was very comfortable. "

"The reception was insistent that we hadn't paid but we had already paid through Expedia. Even the receipt wasn't sufficient to convince them. After half an hour of phone calls and argument he let us pass. The toilet was broken and sprayed water out over the floor when it was flushed. The shower sprayed across the room. In the morning the room service nagged us before checkout."
