The hotel is quite cool - looks unimpressive from the outside but inside the rooms are very modern and clean. We had 2 rooms on the top floor with skylights which had remote-controlled shades. We were given code access to get in - which was perfect as we arrived early and dropped our bags off. We were lucky to fin street parking just across the street from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at Giuggiulena Villa! The location is right on the water with a gorgeous view of the Ionian Sea, nearby sea caves, and just a few steps down to access the water for swimming. So the truth is we don’t end up staying. Not because the accommodations weren’t lovely and cleanly it was because I didn’t understand that. It wasn’t the whole apartment. It is just a room in the apartment. You do have people staying in the apartment with you as well in one room over just not enough privacy for us, unfortunately. If you’re looking for something like this, though, it would be perfect for you.
