Bright and cozy apartment a 20-minute walk from the historic center of Syracuse.

The apartment, in a building without an elevator, consists of a living area with a sitting room furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a TV, and a kitchen equipped with amenities including a microwave and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a TV and a closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Free wifi, air conditioning and heat pump heating will be available in the accommodation.

On the fourth floor of the building is a beautiful terrace with a relaxation area and magnificent views of the adjacent archaeological excavations.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything you could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and going south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name comes from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, moreover, you will find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach named Cala Rossa. Moving further south, about 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoiled and impervious beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, see the Greek theater of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi Museum, and also the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural as well as scenic beauty. Not to be overlooked is Noto, the waterfront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore, and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures with which to fill one's eyes.
