The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac about 2km from the edge of Westerland, in Tinnum. The location is optimal as it is very quietly situated and you cannot hear any noise from the road. You can get to everything on foot and do not need a car. You can also explore the island with the island buses or by bicycle. It is 2km to the Westerland train station or you can take the bus into the centre of Westerland. There are well-priced car rentals.
Right in front of the living room you step out onto a terrace with a designated area of lawn and garden with garden furniture and a grill. As it faces south, you can also have breakfast outside or grill with friends in the evening. The lawn area is fully separated from the neighbours. The house has a reserved parking space.
The house has a living room with a kitchen space with a fridge, stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, freezer and everything you also have in your kitchen at home.
