The light-colored, heated marble floor and the attractive interior design—featuring Sylt-style wood paneling, modern marble bathroom, contemporary paintings by Waltraut Ewe, the antique Frisian wall plates, and the secluded, south-facing garden with its enchanting pond and water feature all contribute to this atmosphere. Just as does the village’s rustic, traditional setting, to which the huge, cozy country-style kitchen fits perfectly.
