Loved this hotel. The staff were amazing, they accommodated our bedding preference on the day, we were able to check in early, and check out late. Location is great, across from the beach and close to all the Manly shops. It was a great guest experience!

Loved the location next to the Corso. Didnt like the fact that housekeeping forgot to service our room. Also there is no fan/ heater in the bathroom so I assume it is an older building

The staff were brilliant - friendly, warm, helpful. The location by the lifesaving club is great with easy walk to all Manly offers! Snorkelling in the area towards Shelly beach was a pleasant surprise - hadn’t expected such a variety and volume of fish

The bedding was so comfortable and nice extra touches with good tea and coffee selection and Soda water and spring water on tap in the foyer. Staff were amazing and location was the best. The breakfast was delicious as well. Definitely a hidden treasure. We will be back for sure.

Everything and everyone good. The major trouble I had was that my cancellation for Peppers wasn’t shown and a staff member phoned several times to say that the hotel hadn’t received it. I had cancelled it and booked a cheaper room at the Sebel.

Loved the proximity to the beach and shopping precinct. The Little Pearl Bar was fabulous, loved the atmosphere, the cocktails and the food. My one negative thing to say about this hotel is the underground parking - the spaces are not big enough for anything above a small sized car.

Spacious and clean room. Quiet area as tucked away from the main street. Able to use pool at this hotel as well as Peppers. Only downside would be the cost for parking at $40 a night otherwise no other complaints. Lovely weekend stay with my partner.
