The room was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was very hot with excellent shower pressure and good size vanity to be able to spread out our stuff. The breakfast was very good. Especially loved the GF station. Good location.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time! Great location, lovely amenities, and well appointed room. I see some reviews where people say the fittings are a little "dated", but I would say that they're more "vintage". They have been immaculately maintained in a way that offers charm. We loved it. The bathtub/shower was roomy, and the park view was awesome. The lifts were a bit slow at peak times, but as long as you're not in a rush, it's not a big deal. Absolutely would stay again.

Very lovely staff and excellent customer services. Elevators in building super are slow. Rooftop pool and spa areas very wet. Need more wet floor signs or rubber floor mats. My room, the sink faucet at hand basin was leaking when tap in use and leaked all over the bench and floor. I didn’t realise it to later on. Just tripping hazards and reported it.

Really good location in centre of city and close to major sites and stations. Ideal location. Hotel itself is clean, staff are lovely and breakfast well stocked. When I went they were upgrading lift and jacuzzi which meant there were delays but overall - a really good stay.

The property was very convenient for what we were there for, the breakfast was delicious, but it had two lifts not operating at the time of our stay and it was expensive to stay as is, then we were also charged $62 for parking on top of this, that's too expensive
