Clean and bright upper floor 3 bedroom flat in Double Bay - brilliant location. 5 mins walk to ferry and about 3 minutes to Double Bay shops. The flat is in a well maintained small complex - note there is no lift, there are about 20 steps in total to get to the top level, broken into manageable flights - we have an older family member with arthritis but she managed up the steps with care. Well equipped kitchen and large living area with big TV with Netflix etc.
The bathroom has a shower and a bath. The toilet is tucked behind the shower and a little bit tight so might present an issue for people with mobility issues. Being in an older block, the windows are single glazed so there isn’t great soundproofing - you will definitely hear some sounds of the city in the mornings! But other than that - really very nice base for exploring a lovely part of Sydney!
