"For a BIG graduation weekend-where you were charging us 3x more then the average price - the breakfast variety was terrible, only oranges for fruit as an option. No yogurt, no healthy options. The coffee was always out. There wasn’t even a coffee pot in our room for an option. How they clean is they “spray” EVERY area with a scent- no real cleaning was done. The temperature was all over the place- some areas where cold and other areas in the hotel were HOT! Would not stay again!!"

"During a very busy weekend, due to the UW-Madison graduation ceremonies, everyone at this hotel was very nice and accommodating during the 4 days we were there. Everything was nice and the employees, at the front desk, the breakfast servers, housekeeping, etc., were top notch."
