"Parking wasn't good because snow removal was bad. However, front desk person shoveled out my car himself, he couldn't have been nicer and more proactive. "

"The window leaked, the Heat had to run almost constantly. There were no modern plugs for cell phones, c type. The remote had dead batteries, which we replaced ourselves. The gate in parking kept having issues reading the room card, so i ended up paying for parking out of pocket. "

"This was the fifth time I visited Madison and the first time I elected to stay at Homewood Suites. It is in an ideal position near Freeway 12 but remained quiet. Having Brennan’s across the street was a wonderful discovery. Nice weight room, pool was active and a very clean, well run hotel."

"Clean and comfortable rooms. Super breakfast including: two different types of waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage or potatoes, muffins, assorted, fruit, bagels, French toast, yogurt, oatmeal, with toppings,Jell-O, coffee, tea and my granddaughter’s favorite whip topping! Amazing breakfast staff. Super friendly and does a great job at keeping everything warm and full."

"Room was clean. Nice pool with attached hot tub. Beds were nice. Our room was a stand up shower, no tub, which was fine for us. If you are a light sleeper, be aware the walls were pretty thin if there are other disrespectful guests. While the stay was good (staff was all amazing) there were other guests with kids running up and down the hall way until about midnight and they started again before 7am slamming doors and such."

"The best part was the breakfast selection. The room condition was poor, with rusted door frames, nonworking lights, and a TV volume that wouldn't adjust. It's an okay place if you need somewhere to rest for the night before traveling the next day."
