This is our 4th reservation here at Purple Sage. It's quiet, clean, and parking in front of your door is an easier option in my opinion. They serve breakfast and have very friendly staff. The rooms are clean, the fridge and microwave work, and the shower is hot. Two racks to hang clothes and store things on top. Drawers and a desk as well. Walking distance to the Speedway gas station, a mile from local food and stores.

The room was clean. The bed was very good. It’s an older Route 66 motel with parking right outside the room door. People locking/unlocking their cars at 3am was annoying (especially 6 times). The road noise became noticeable at 6am. The staff were nice. Breakfast was very minimal with cereal and pastries. They had frozen waffles but no butter. Someone had stated in a review minimal hot water but I had no problems. I think they may have some longer term customers or at least frequent renters but they were fine. The tv in my room was very large and I was ok with that.

Awesome little hotel.

We have made this our permanent stop between West Texas and North Texas. We travel to see grandkids and love this little gem. The owners are the sweetest and friendly people we have met.
