"We asked the staff to help us with a delicate issue and change the bed sheets. We asked her nicely and she appeared to write our room number down. After a long trip and back our room was the same as we left. We got back and asked the front desk clerk for sheets. ( she was always very nice and pleasant) ..."

"Clean spacious room. Had to call the front desk for a remote for the TV (didn’t work) and a plunger for the toilet (yuck). Breakfast is hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal and bagels. And coffee with good creamer. Nice pool and decent gym"
