"This is in a very good location . There is underground parking . The rooms require updating the king bed was comfortable, there was complimentary kurig coffee and water . The bathroom shower condition was in visibly poor condition and requires renovation, the shower was functional . The mechanical A/c did not work the heat was functional AC would be nice …..we were able to open windows and have a nice cross ventilation. This is not a four star hotel the property can use a refresh . The hotel next door had an excellent lounge and dining room which is highly recommended. "

"It is an old boutique hotel. Super funky and fun. TIGHT parking (can't be helped) urban Santa Fe location. Very walkable. "

"Very convenient location to town. For the price that we paid, about $700/nt, there was only cookies in the jar 2 days and one of those was because I brought the empty jar to the staff attention. Water was often empty, but when it had water, it was delightful with the fruit. Turn down only happened once before 9pm. We were usually back from dinner before they came around. The one time, tho, was nice and loved the little dome of cookies. Snacks were a nice variety . Didn't utilize beverage cart. Also, with the hand towel just inches from the toilet, is gross!!!! Bacteria from flushing has been documented by scientists !!!! Restaurant food was good. Front desk were pleasant and helpful. Getting our rental car wasn't always timely, but tolerable.
