Benefiting from views over the railway, town and Purbeck Hills. This well equipped flat with beautiful high vaulted ceiling with open plan stairs leading to a mezzanine loft conversion bedroom with balcony is ideally located to enjoy the many local attractions with the option to pop back if you had forgotten to take something to the beach with you.


Swanage is a beautiful seaside town located on the Jurassic Coastline nestled in the countryside. The busy high street offers a wide range of shops making it a vibrant place to wander through and the sandy beaches a great location for picnics and playing!


Local attractions include Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, Weymouth Sealife Centre and Lulworth Cove.
