The hotel has everything you need for a city stay. Reception looked great and smells amazing. Studio apartment big with plenty of room, could have fitted more than 2 in the room. Had pretty much everything you need for a short stay, could eat in with no issues. Pool was clean and completely empty when I went. Pillows in the room were the worst pillows I have ever seen in a hotel, were like a sheet or paper. The train line that runs down the side, although not that frequent it was actually very audible in the room on the 13th floor. The aircon was substandard for the size of the room/hotel - would have been better to leave the freezer door open. Mattress was very firm, too firm for my liking but that’s just a personal preference. That being said I would definitely book again, will just need to avoid the extreme hot months and bring my own pillow

What we loved the most is that the hotel is dog friendly! They really made our fur baby feel at home by bringing a dog bowl to our room and a dog bed so that felt really special! The hotel in general has such a cosy vibe, the staff are extremely friendly and the location is in the central of everything! I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again in the future.

"The room was the most basic ive probably ever seen or stayed in. The shower smelt really bad, of drains and im not sure where they pulled the photos from for this hotel but it wasnt the same hotel. "The hotel itself is lovely. The welcome cookie was a nice touch. The food in the bar/restaurant though was not good. I ordered the salmon salad - salmon was tasty but the rest was pretty poor for a hotel of this overall quality."
