Oldest hotel on Swakopmund, but updated so have all the history with all you would expect from a mordern hotel. The suite was huge, staff was great, location was great. Would stay here again.

Everything you would want from a great hotel: Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. Fantastic breakfast buffet, safe parking and very friendly and helpful staff. The location is central but quiet. We would definitely stay at the Hansa again!

A delightful stay in Swakopmund...

The Hansa is in a great location, close to my favourite bars and restaurants in Swakopund. Although a bit dated the hotel is well maintained, clean and has a charming atmosphere. The staff are all very professional and courteous; it was also a nice bonus to find a room service menu in the room... the calamari was great btw.

We stayed two nights here. The location is excellent in the middle of the town and easily walkable to restaurants and the sea. It has parking on site. The hotel is great- old and lots of old photos on the corridor walls. The rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. We did not eat in the evening there.

I was overall pleased with this property. The only drawback was no elevator and the room was a tiny bit dated, but overall everything was nice and clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.

I felt like I was in a real hotel. I was treated with great respect by all the staff. When I needed assistance with phone calls or parking or ice or milk or anything, they immediately helped me they even posted my mail. The front desk people are superb. I have not had a hotel experience like this in a long time.

Excellent hotel and breakfast, we loved the room we had (splurged and did a suite both nights), but it was so worth it. Service was great and the location was really nice, close to many shops and coffee spots.
