Beautiful and fun themed hotel with charming and whimsical decor that was delightful. So much thought went into "treehouse" decor of the room and hotel in general. Was very pleasantly surprised. Hotel staff very helpful and kind.

The check-in process was slow. The room had one dining chair missing from the table and the soundproofing was not effective. I could hear the lift and also streetnoise as the window did not tightly close. The space was great and the breakfast was good.
