We were welcomed by Djuro who made us feel well taken care of and treated us like friends. We enjoyed chatting with Mohamed who told us about the area and provided excellent service. If you would like to stay in the picturesque town of Perast (Kotor is just a 20 min drive away), this small hotel is highly recommended. It is a place to truly relax and enjoy beautiful...

「Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….」

「I loved my room. It had a view of à courtyard and church steeple. It felt like an old room but very new. The hotel was great especially the waterfront deck. I did have a slight ant problem from the window being open.」

「The villa is beautifully renovated. The room was clean & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the wifi frustratingly continually dropped out & the tv had no reception. The owner said it was because of a storm but I'm not convinced about that.The parking was easy, however, if you are a nervous driver, be warned, the road from Kotor is a single lane with 2 way traffic. It is a beautiful location.」

「The staff was truly wonderful at Adiya, so helpful and always smiling. Carrying our heavy luggage and offering champagne on arrival was a lovely welcome. The rooms are gorgeous and very well designed with great views. Everything was clean! The only thing we wish we would have known is that the pool had not opened yet but we were on the shoulder season so it’s okay!」

Ample parking available in front of hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. The location is great and very quiet at night. We had a very restful night after touring the old town. Appreciate very much of Excellent service all around. Highly recommend this hotel.」
