Overall would recommend

Hotel itself is really nice. The room is spacious and the swimming pool has a great view of Suzhou. However the other side of the infinity pool slightly ruined it as it was a bit of a swamp. Service was generally good though a little slow to check in and a bit of wait for breakfast. I understand we arrived at peak time however the lobby area didn’t really seem big enough to host the number of guests then had to step over wires whilst playing the food. The food itself was amazing and it was a nice weekend get away for a couple.

1. The hotel is newly opened so the hardwares are all kept excellent condition. 2. Staff service quality is very high. JULY from Front Desk, DUY from Bell Service, STELLA from Lobby Lounge, they are all amazing people who brought me a wonderful hospitality experience in Four Seasons SuZhou. 3. Hotel location is quite far from any public transportation. 4. Food quality so-so. Signature SPA experience is great.

10/10 , the must visit lux hotel in SuZhou

A stay for my random trip to SuZhou. Arrived at the hotel with a lines of other guests doing chek-in /out , so the staffs offered me a complimentary mini afternoon tea at their restaurant (this is very warm) ! Once my little rest is almost done, they sent out the key to my table and told me I can let them know whenever I m ready so their reception staffs will lead me to my room. The room is clean, well decorated with Modern Chinese Style. Love the Frédéric Malle toiletries since they smells really really nice. Had a chance to visit their Bar/Lounge at night. The menu/ cocktails offered are very interesting. After the detailed introduction of the menu from their bar tenders, me and my friend ordered a cocktail with tea and another cocktail with lychee. Amazing ! The breakfast is also great! You can find fresh-cooked noodles as well as XiaoLongBao which is just steamed. At the end of my stay doing the checkout, since the staffs knowing one of my hobbies is collecting room keys of hotels, they offered a set of beautiful keys of the property. GREAT SOUVENIR! Overall 10/10 , and I m pretty sure I m gonna visit it again very soon.

조식 최고

2박 1층 테라스룸 이용했습니다. 객실이 넓어요 대여해주는 자전거로 오전에 호수 반바퀴를 돌고 조식을 맛있게 먹었습니다. 조식이 매우 훌륭합니다. 특히 베이커리가 뛰어납니다. 조식 중간중간 나오는 디저트중에서 피스타치오타르트, 최고였어요 식당은 룸서비스와 라운지만 이용했습니다.(관광하면서 현지식은 많이 먹어서 호텔내 식당이용을 못했습니다.)라운지도 뷰도 좋았습니다. 다만 야외 수영장이 작고 의자가 넉넉하지 못했고 가족단위 여행객이 많이 오는 곳인지 아이들이 많아 수영장은 뭔가 어수선 했어요

對酒店整體的感覺很不錯，前檯的服務非常好。 相較其他國家的四季酒店,蘇州四季酒店令人感覺很一般,或許剛開業不久。
