Great room, substandard food

The room was great. Very comfortable. So why the lousy breakfast? And overall the public spaces, such as bar were just bland and unappealing, including the food.

It was really good stay...especially I remember a kind satff who helped me to get a taxi when I checked out. My flying time was early morning so I need to get a taxi get to the airport. I don't speak chinese at all so she asked taxi driver about fares and how to get a receipt for me. More than 30mins, She was with me in cold weather and helped me. I really appreciate that. The staff name may be "Mister" as I remember. Anyhow I will stay again when I get to Suzhou and highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was awesome here. This was my first time in China and had no idea what to expect. This hotel was a great stay. Great room, good price, helpful front desk. Only thing I didn't like was this hotel is in an industrial park on the other side of a large bay from Suzhou city. This was fine for me as I was attending a conference in the industrial park, but it was a little out of the way for sightseeing in Suzhou. However, taxis are so cheap that it still was only about $5 US to get to and from the hotel to suzhou city. Overall I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean but the internet service is really poor. It was hard to get internet service consistently for more than 15 minutes.

飯店員工態度都非常好；從房內往外望，即可看到湖畔景色，雖然不是特別壯闊，但整體的住房感受仍是不錯。這次非常可惜的地方，因為是一個非常匆忙的出差行程，加上又是第一次來到蘇州這一個印象中的古城區，除了沒辦法好好感受飯店的各項設施外，也沒辦法好好的去一些景點遊覽! 下次再有機會來，會好好欣賞蘇州、及飯店設施。

Decent hotel for doing local business

Nice business hotel. 45 min to city center on the metro. Conveniently located next to a metro stop in the industrial park. The bed is quite firm and the breakfast buffet while large has mediocre quality
