「This property was as-advertised. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Its Brookhaven location was excellent. The owner was easy to work with. One thing to know is that it is near to train/MARTA tracks but that never bothered me as there are trees in between and they provided an air filter that made good white noise.」

「I didn't get in til late and had never booked a stay with the host in the residence at the same time but Girum was very hospitable and helpful. I was able to do a load of laundry and it was nice to have a mini fridge for my food upstairs too. It was genuinely such a comfortable and peaceful stay -and he even texted me to let me know I forgot my charger after I left. I asked him if he could ship it to me and I'd pay him back and he said yes. Girum is honestly the best!! I would recommend anyone...

「Very clean. Unsure if it's a mistake but hot tub was listed in amenities but there wasn't one that we could find. This wasn't something we were planning to use anyway and the home was amazing and clean so I wouldn't take points off for that. Highly recommend. 」
