"Spinneweben an der Decke , Geschirr dreckig , Außenmöbel so dreckig das man sich nicht drauf setzen konnte , Müll vom Vorgänger im Mülleimer . Haben direkt den Vermieter kontaktiert der auch zeitnah kam und ein paar Spuren beseitigte . Küche ist auch nicht voll ausgestattet wie beschrieben . Außenbereich ist ungepflegt . "

Als wir ankamen, um einzuchecken, mussten wir eine Stunde warten, bevor ein Mitarbeiter kam, um uns mitzuteilen, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war und wir 30 Minuten warten müssten, bis es gereinigt wurde. Wir konnten nicht warten, also nahmen wir den Schlüssel und gingen zu unserem Termin. Als wir in die Wohnung zurückkamen, sahen wir, dass nicht geputzt worden war, die...
