"Cute house/condo in quiet neighborhood. Really appreciated having a connected garage. Easy to get around Rochester from there. You can walk to the Genesee River and some restaurants. The powder room on first floor was convenient and it was nice to have a second sink and toilet. Nice walk-in closet in the bedroom, which is a loft. AC worked well. Appreciated nightstand fan in bedroom, as I always sleep with a fan on. All new appliances in kitchen, which is small but has everything you need."
