Room was not well cleaned for our stay.Coffee pods in coffeemaker, sand on counters and dining table, roach on ceiling, lots of visible dust. Burned out light above stove, and master BR door does not shut. Older bldg in need of maintenance. Two spots for parking and no off street parking available close by. Bldg set back on north side so you can’t see sunrise - beach front but obstructed a bit. 32 steps from beach level to the room level. No elevator. Nice storage closet ground level for beach stuff.

Great value on the beach

Great little place right on the beach. Balcony views were great during our stay. It was a cozy and clean place, and the beds were amazing. My only real suggestion would be better balcony furniture as it wasn't the most comfy or sturdy, but worked fine during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break 2023

We had a great week staying in this condo in Surfside Beach. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. Our only complaints are running out of hot water in the mornings and the lady that smoked on her balcony in the building beside us. The beds all have very firm mattresses but we got used to them. The upstairs king room also has a wonderful view of the ocean.

Beautiful property that was clean and exactly what we wanted. Plenty of space, rooms, and bathrooms.

Overall a great experience and what we were looking for with our seven family members who were with us. The only disappointment was the inability to access the pool as the kids were disappointed not to be able to use on a windy day for lounging/suntanning. Understand if April 1st is the go live date, but going the extra mile to provide options would have been nice. No worries as it was a great week at a beautiful rental that had a great beach house decor and atmosphere.

Very Spacious! A MUST book!!!

This is a fantastic condo! We had two families with 9 in total. Very Clean, and the kitchen had everything you could need! No need to bring anything but a beach towel!!! The view is excellent, and we never heard a neighbor. One dislike is that in the main upstairs bedroom, the light for the pool lights up the front windows at night. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

On the Beach

Very nice vacation truly right on the beach. Unit is clean and beach friendly with a ground level storage unit for beach items. Top floor location is quiet but requires a lot of steps since there is no elevator.

GREAT LOCATION

Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous

Many have said . . ." Location, Location, Location" are the three most important features of any property ... this and much more is certainly true of the Cape Coddages II condos. Our Unit was superb and the pictures don't really do the decor justice. It is bright, cheery, well-appointed, and spacious. The furniture is fabulous, being both versatile and sturdy to handle a large family of various degrees of gentility. One member of my family was overly enthusiastic and impressed about all the hooks that were available for hanging stuff! And the storage in every room was more than sufficient. We had a fabulous week. Beach, golf, Murrells Inlet, and the best of Myrtle Beach were all close at hand. I've truly fallen in love with the Myrtle Beach area after having stayed here at the Cape Coddages II and hope that it won't be long before I return.

Great Place for Family Vacation

Lots of room for family to spread out. Kitchen is a little tight, but updated and has most things you would want/need. The deck is long and narrow, shaded in the morning. My only real complaint of the place was that the deck chairs were the least comfortable chairs ever and that there were actual keys instead of a keypad (makes check in/out more annoying). The view was nice over the beach and pool. We really liked the closet downstairs to put all of our beach chairs and whatnot so you didn't have to haul them very far each morning. We also really like that one of the parking spaces was fully covered so our car was nice and cool. The beach and pool (open from 10a-10:30p) were very nice and the neighborhood reasonable quiet and not too crowded. Overall, it was a great stay!

Best Family Beach Vacation Ever!
