  • Discover the beauty of waterway living in this gorgeous Intracoastal waterway home. Enjoy the finer amenities this 3 bedroom/3.5 bath home has to offer. The first floor master suite has a queen bed and private bath with jetted shower. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a loft with 4 single beds. 'Day' bed in 2nd story sitting room. Central heat and air, high end kitchen appliances (dishwasher, microwave, dual ovens and 6 burner gas stove, built-in grill), washer/dryer, 6 cable TV's, DVD players, wireless internet, surround sound system throughout house and on boat dock, hot tub, den on 2nd floor. Basement game room with TV/DVD, foosball and bumper pool tables. Other amenities include vaulted ceilings, screened outdoor living area with gas fireplace, enclosed outside shower with dressing area and garage. Private dock on waterway. Floating dock for boat up to 30ft. and ramp access 500 ft from dock. Within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops and beach access. This is a NON-SMOKING home and NO pets are allowed. Cleaning is included!
