"This rental is 1/2 of an old two bedroom condo.
ROACHES are obvious in the evening I had to sleep with the lights on. Roaches, about 6-8 I saw my first night, and several fell from the vents. I quickly called customer service I want a full refund. The owner did not respond and I had to leave immediately and pay for a month at a big name hotel. I had booked for several weeks, lost all my money leaving within 3 days,and that was a financial catastrophe. Roaches were in my bags, sheets, and I found them under his sink. I was offered $100 for my problem, they said roaches were a previous complaint. Trust me, ROACHES are everywhere!! This place was disgusting.
It is very old and in disrepair inside. For example, the sliding glass door has not a curtain but a torn shower curtain. The floor is coming off vinyl laminate. Loose wires hang, an outdated tv, the sink leaks, there is no freezer. There is construction all morning M-F at 8 am loud saws and hammers. There are tat boxes even and I saw a rat in my walk way several times."

"This would be fine for a guys trip but not ideal for families. Although the kitchen and TV were great, there were no dressers or drawer storage in bedroom and the fourth bedroom had no closet. Two out of the four bedrooms ceiling fans/lights did not work so that was a big bummer for comfort. The 2nd full bath didn’t have a towel bar. It was basic things not functioning that made it a bit disappointing. . "
